At the moment, we’re looking for:
Thanks to your previous experience in Nippo-Brazilian cuisine, you’ll be goal-oriented, resourceful and you will lead by example, becoming a point of reference for your team thanks to your great communication skills.
Creativity and impeccable organisational skills are the two pillars that will make you a point of reference within the restaurant environment.
Your knowledge of sanitary regulations, your mastery of the equipment and digital tools will be the key to an efficient and well-oiled management system of the restaurant stock and supplies.
Thanks to at least 3-year experience in Nippo-Brazilian sushi and cuisine, your expertise of the procedures in the preparation of raw ingredients will make you able to side and cover for your superior when needed.
Motivated, committed and goal-oriented, you will approach corporate training and refresher courses as an opportunity to expand your knowledge and refine your skills.
With at least one previous experience with Nippo-Brazilian sushi and cuisine, you are a natural team-player and eager to learn both on field and with professional corporate training.
We ask for at least 1-year experience. Must be available to work shifts.
